If I’m counting my blessings here, today would be one. It was perfect.

Edyn surprised me with breakfast in bed (with a tiny bit of help from Jon). Sourdough toast, goldfish crackers, chocolate covered almonds, pero. Beautiful. And delicious.

This was after they let me sleep in. And then we went to the park. It was breezy so it made the moments the sun was shining on my face that much more enjoyable.

We came home, picked up the house. I saw neighbors, ran into my cousins family that lives down the street, pranced around the sidewalk in bare feet, and to top it all off, had coconut cream pie for dinner while playing “Go Fish.”

Just like I said, perfect.
