Above all, don’t talk to me again.

Have you ever had one of those days where someone who thinks they have authority over you, tries to exert that authority at you, and they come off really douche-y and then you really don’t look at that person the same way anymore?

That was my day at work today. I love my job. I ab-solutley love my job. But we hired this one dude and…to say the least, I’m not a fan.

And I politely replied back to the nasty email he sent to me last night after he didn’t do his own job correctly and then I cried like a little child in my office while my REAL bosses comforted and consoled.

It was a little embarrassing…but I feel a lot better about crying at work for the first time when I think about what a fool he proved himself to be.

Anyways, now I’m home. My feet are up on the ottoman, we’re devouring hint of lime tortilla chips and queso and we have a pizza in the oven, because when you have a bad day, eating crap is to be expected. And life feels more do-able.

Except Frozen is playing for the bazillionth time and I may or may not try to rip my hair out. But it’s fine. *rolls eyes*

And in case any of you (is there anyone really out there?!) were just chomping at the bit to know if that tree pictured above is just one shot divided in two….IT’S NOT. Mind blown. (or not…) It’s two separate shots and when I uploaded them into this here blog it kind of just made it look like that.

On a completely unrelated note, I’m learning I get impressed easily.

  1. Sorry for your lousy day – I have been exactly there. At least it sounds like it worked out in your favor. I am easily impressed as well, but I do love your tree pics! Hoping today is better 🙂
